Q: What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
A: All live sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll still be able to watch the replays and get feedback throughout the course.

A: Around 2–3 hours per week. This includes watching the content, practicing, and attending the live virtual coaching sessions. You’ll also have lifetime access to the materials, so you can go at your own pace.
